  I rented a wheel chair to go to the once every two years Luke AFB Air Show only to unload the BRAND NEW chair from my car and I got in it and wheeled myself less then 150 feet I wheeled up a handicapped ramp and it was pointed out to me that the wheel was wobbly and probably broken, I wheeled it back to the car loaded it up and left! I missed the Air Show except for what I could see from my driveway, I returned the chair to the store on Monday and tried to explain myself only to be accused of abusing their wheel chair, The gentleman was rude and kept saying "It didn't leave here broken" repeatedly and would not listen to me. I will NEVER do business here again and as I said when I went out the door !F. O.
